About SEMS
Our company specializes in the repair and maintenance of commercial shredders and disintegrators, such as DOD approved high security shredders, disintegrators, media and hard drive shredders. We are an Authorized Servicing Dealer and repair most brands of shredders and disintegrators at an affordable price for you!
Most shredders require periodic cleanings, lubrication and factory adjustments each year. All disintegrators require periodic blade sharpening and changes, along with equipment inspections of fan and vacumn systems each year to keep equipment working at peak performance.
High security shredders should be serviced a minimum of two times per year. Model-specific shredder oil for cross-cut and high security shredders is recommended by the manufacturer.
We service what we sell and handle all warranties in-house.

Disintegrator Maintenance
* Two blade change and sharpenings, fan and vacuum system inspections per year.* Emergency service calls are subject to be charged, but not limited to, SEMS, Inc's servicing rate per call. Dependant on nature of the request, there will be a 48 to 72 business hours response time unless previously coordinated with authorized user.* Parts not included.* Misuse or abuse not included.* Signed service report after each inspection* Customer must have extra set of blades. We will provide a quote for blades at GSA pricing when needed.
Shredder Maintenance
* Two maintenance inspections, cleanings and adjustments per shredder.* Emergency service calls are included in the servicing plan and shall be accomplished within 24 to 48 business hours of notification unless previouosly coordinated with authorized user.* Parts not included.* Misuse or abuse not included.* Signed service report after each inspection

One-Time Service
*One inspection, diagnosis, blade change (disintegrators only), and cleaning of machine(s)
*Quote for parts if machine is repairable, or quote for a new machine
*Includes follow up for parts installation and cleaning
